This Privacy Policy explains how Consistent Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Installer App (the "App") — a rewards and loyalty program for installers and dealers. By registering for or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide directly

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Which notices, training materials, or other content you have viewed within the App (read receipts), used to avoid re-showing you content you've already seen.
• Basic technical information generated by using the App, such as device type, app version, and request logs used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account, and to verify your identity when you sign in.
• To operate the rewards program: recording points, validating and redeeming product serial numbers, and processing reward-product redemptions.
• To send you account-related communications (password reset links, notices about rewards, redemptions, or program updates).
• To display your business details (company name, business type, city/state) back to you and, where relevant, to program administrators for support and fraud-prevention purposes.
• To maintain the security of the App, including detecting and preventing fraudulent redemption attempts.
• To respond to support requests submitted through Contact Us.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Product & serial verification: When you redeem a QR code or serial number, the serial number is sent to our external product/serial system of record to confirm it is valid and eligible for redemption. That system does not receive your name, email, or other personal identity information as part of this check.
• Product and location lookups: State, city, and product-catalog picker lists shown in the App (e.g. when selecting your state, city, or the products you deal in) are retrieved live from an external master-data lookup service. Only the selection you make (e.g. a state or product name) is sent to that service — not your other personal details.
• Service providers: We use third-party infrastructure providers for functions such as file/image storage (e.g. your profile picture, document attachments) and outbound email delivery (e.g. password reset emails). These providers process data only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy's protections.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and activity information for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see Section 6); some records (e.g. redemption history required for audit or fraud-prevention purposes) may be retained in de-identified form.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted network transport, hashed password storage, and access controls limiting who can view your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Access & correction: You can view and update most of your profile and business details directly within the App at any time.
• Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time, without needing to install or open the App, at /delete-account/.
• Communication preferences: Account-related notifications (e.g. password changes, redemption confirmations) cannot be disabled as they're necessary for the App to function; where we offer optional notifications, you may opt out within the App's settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The Installer App is intended for business use by installers and dealers who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
